Check the phone pairing first
Record the phone model and operating-system version before choosing an everyday smartwatch. Ask which app is required and whether the intended functions depend on keeping the phone nearby. A watch with GPS in its description should still be checked against the exact model documentation. Do not assume that all location, calling or messaging functions work independently of a phone.
Make the handover practical

Prepare the enquiry
For smartwatches and connected wearables, send the selected product reference, quantity and delivery area together. Add photographs, dimensions or a configuration list where they explain the requirement. Separate essential features from preferences so alternatives can be assessed properly. Review the final quotation against that brief, including VAT treatment, included components, additional work and the proposed delivery arrangement.
